main service POSITIONS
Camera Operator: Operate one of our cameras during our weekend worship services or at one of our special events/productions. Capture special video projects for use in our weekend worship services, satellite campuses, Life Groups, broadcast ministries and more.
Training Provided
Age: 13+
Skills: Punctual, Attention to detail, follows direction, knows how to compose a shot, think on your feet, and works well under pressure/stress.
Other: Will need to fill out Background Check paperwork. Must be able to watch some episodes of Lift Up Jesus to get an idea of the show being recorded and produced.
Video Engineer: Operates the painters box for our live to tape services for online and television broadcasting productions. Adjusts iris control, white balance, and color temperature of cameras. Training Provided
Age: 13+
Skills: Punctual, Attention to detail, follows direction, knows how to properly light a camera and read a vector scope and waveform monitor, think on your feet, and works well under pressure/stress.
Other: Will need to fill out Background Check paperwork. Must be able to watch some episodes of Lift Up Jesus to get an idea of the show being recorded and produced.
Audio Mixer: Mixes live sound to our livestream and television productions,
and to the rest of the campus.
Age: 18+
Skills: Knows how to mix sound and has previous experience running a soundboard.
Other: Will need to fill out Background Check paperwork. Must have previous sound mixing experience. 2 years minimum. Will train you on our equipment/systems.
Spanish Translator: Effectively communicates with the Spanish speaking community on headset and translates the pastor's sermon.
Age: 18+
Skills: Love for people, flexible, able to communicate to people, welcoming, fluent Spanish speaker, able to translate the sermon effectively.
Other: Will need to fill out Background Check paperwork. Training required.
SHEPHERD YOUTH/shepherd kids positions
ProPresenter Operator: Run slides, videos, and music for Shepherd Youth services in the Youth and Sports Center Gym and Youth Room. Help set up and tear down sound and band equipment on stage.
Age: 13+
Skills: Punctual, Attention to detail, follows direction, knows how to edit and create slides, think on your feet, computer literate, and works well under pressure/stress.
Other: Will need to fill out Background Check paperwork.
Lighting Operator: Program lighting cues for Shepherd Youth services on the weekend. Run the lighting cues and complex cues during worship and sermon on our MagicQ system in the Youth and Sports Center Gym and Youth Room. Help set up and tear down sound and band equipment on stage.
Age: 13+
Skills: Punctual, Attention to detail, follows direction, knows how to program lights and be creative, think on your feet, computer literate, and works well under pressure/stress.
Other: Will need to fill out Background Check paperwork.
Sound Engineer: Mix live sound from our sound console for Shepherd Youth services on the weekend. Lead set up and tear down sound and band equipment on stage.
Age: 18+
Skills: Punctual, Attention to detail, follows direction, knows how to mix and has an trained ear when mixing, and works well under pressure/stress. 2 years sound experience required.
Other: Will need to fill out Background Check paperwork. Training required.
